Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations in Doha. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing products, supporting inventory control, assisting with order fulfillment, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products, ensuring no damage or missing items.
- Organize inventory using the FIFO/FEFO method under the direction of the Warehouse Coordinator.
- Label and prepare custom kits for delivery per customer specifications.
- Assist in monthly stock counts, and report discrepancies or expired stock to the Asst. Distribution Manager.
- Help drivers load/unload products safely and ensure product quality matches supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through NetSuite and manual documentation systems.
- File shipment and receiving documents and assist with the DMS project.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in Qatar with a valid NOC.
