Job Overview
We are currently looking for a skilled Technician – Bus & Trucks to join our Aftersales Commercial Vehicles Team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles, including buses and trucks. You will play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and upholding Al-Futtaim’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Follow OEM repair standards and comply with all safety protocols.
- Complete job cards and service reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment responsibly.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold workshop organization and service quality.
- Participate in OEM training programs to stay up-to-date with evolving technologies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with buses, trucks, or construction vehicles.
- Diploma or trade certificate in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with OEM diagnostic systems and technical manuals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license; heavy vehicle license is a plus.
