Job Overview
We are hiring a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate all maintenance activities at our Doha-based sites. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operational tasks related to electromechanical systems, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations related to electro-mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors to address repair needs.
- Monitor site inspections, track work progress, and maintain maintenance records.
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards on site.
- Report to management regarding equipment conditions, staff performance, and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 4–6 years of total experience in facilities or building maintenance.
- Prior GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Age: 26–35 years old.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and preventive maintenance planning.
- Ability to manage teams and work independently.
