We’re committed to creating an amazing dining experience—starting from the kitchen and extending to every table. Now, we’re looking for a Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team.
Role Overview
As a Dishwasher, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring all food preparation areas are kept sanitary and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using both manual and machine methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, drains, and work surfaces.
- Assist with back-of-house cleaning tasks during non-peak hours.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to keep dish and supply flow efficient.
- Occasionally assist front-of-house cleaning when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to move between back and front-of-house duties if needed.
- Team-oriented and takes pride in contributing to high cleanliness standards.
