Maven Trading & Installation is currently hiring an experienced AC Technician to join our fast-growing technical team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with hands-on HVAC experience to play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality service and support across residential and commercial projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance for air conditioning units and related machinery.
- Respond to technical inquiries and after-sales service requests efficiently.
- Train customers on equipment usage and conduct service visits for maintenance contract clients.
- Repair and service CRAC units, dehumidifiers, ecology units, AHUs, FCUs, plate heat exchangers, and fans.
- Lead and manage a small team of junior technicians and support staff.
- Maintain service documentation and adhere to safety and quality standards during all site visits.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Refrigeration/AC-related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC servicing and repair.
- Ability to work independently and handle site visits professionally.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience with advanced AC systems and components.
- Must have a transferrable visa and valid NOC in Qatar.
